Currently, a customer who purchases drapes must pay a separate Installation charge PER PANEL! That is absurd. Please price your curtain/ drape Installation either “per window” , or at least include TWO (2) panels in the Installation charge, with a reasonable add-on fee per panel (3 or more) for the same window. The only real downsides were the instructions and a couple of small hardware issues. The manual had some of the worst English I’ve ever seen on an instruction sheet — it was genuinely confusing and made installation take longer than it should have. The clamping pins also felt a bit cheap and could have been higher quality, but they’re functional. Overall I’m very happy with the purchase. The doors look great and deliver on style and value.
