Item shipped fast, was packaged almost too well but it still came with chips in the corners of some of the pieces. I was surprised with how well it was packaged and wrapped that it had chips and dings in it. **Update: I received a new package that came with no chips or dings! This engineered flooring is a neutral greige tone. The finish is smooth with no wood texture feel. The top and bottom plank are full length where the middle pieces are split which I thought was odd but maybe that’s how all boxes come The backside of the planks are a rustic finish that I kind of like (see last photo). It works entirely below the surface, won’t change the look or color of the substrate, and won’t leave a surface film. By reducing surface water absorption, cracking, spalling, pitting, mold, mildew, algae, staining, and other damage and deterioration caused by surface water absorption will also be reduced.

Beautiful finishes and amazing quality,

I ordered this laminate flooring for a guest bathroom. The company gets an A plus for packaging. Took me at least 10 minutes to get the box opened. Very good job protecting the flooring. I haven’t installed it just yet. I want to finish psinting the walls before laying the flooring. This laminate flooring is one of the best I’ve come across. Very well made. The recirculation kits performs multi-stage filtration and removes the odor from the gas and smoke that is sucked into the range hood, which removes harmful components and pollutants in the smoke, and effectively solves the problem of using range hoods in houses where the range hood cannot be exhausted. Do not try to clean the charcoal filter in the recirculation kit as it can not be cleaned, Please change the charcoal filter every 4-6 months (depending on hood usage)
