This was a breeze to apply. Simply shook the container to mix the contents and then applied with a paint roller. Avoided work during direct sunlight hours. Re-applied until the container was empty. When the first rain came I noticed the water bead up and roll off of the driveway as expected. I will probably do this yearly to maintain the concrete. Best price I could find also.. Earl. These are gorgeous, and I absolutely love them! They kind of took forever to arrive, but they all came together and all in one piece. There were no broken tiles, not even any cracks, chips, or scratches. I’m very pleased and quite impressed considering they came in packing peanuts (I hate packing peanuts, but they worked). The shade ranges and colors are beautiful. I love the white base that incorporates several shades of grey. The photos are one of each color and from the same box. I hope it shows the various colors and shades of each. They are simply stunning and elegant and I love the matte finish. I was afraid I wouldn’t like that, but I do! My project may require more than what’s here but I have other ideas, such as making a bathroom countertop I hope I have enough for it! If not, I’m sure I can come up with something.. Nicole. First of all, this tile is freaking gorgeous and I’m obsessed with it. Would I purchase it again? Depends on the project… I bought this to frame our fireplace and it turned out beautiful, however! The way the material came in and was packed is truly shocking. The boxes were all split because they were not sturdy enough to hold 5 ft.² of this tile. There was very flimsy Styrofoam added in between stacks and that’s about it. I would say, be prepared for about 10% of the tiles to be broken. Another thing is, be prepared for the tiles to be irregular and what I mean by that is they are most certainly not 4 x 4. Some are smaller, some wider, the thickness is different between each tile. I’ve worked with a lot of irregular type tiles, and this one was by far the worst. As you can see in one of my photos, it was a real chore to get them lined up the way we wanted them too, but we did the best we could. Bought AX-25 to reseal my pool deck and lanai. This stamped concrete deck has to be resealed every 2-3 years. Used tint from another company (very good stuff). However, I decide to give Foundation Armor a try for sealing. I am very pleased and find this to give a better appearance than the sealant I used before from the tint provider.
