Each package includes 2 heavy soft blackout panels blocking 85% to 99% of light and UV. Darker colors block more. Both sides match, with trimmed threads and no wrinkles. Hang via rod pocket, rings, or hooks. The 2 inch opening creates easy pleats. For best fullness, width should be 2 to 3 times window width. Great quality and very few wrinkles out the box! On a really tight budget and after lots of searching, I choose these. 52/72 and I needed light on weight rods are not the strongest and I'm not replacing at this time, but able to also black out. I have large east facing windows 52/72 are my windows. And terrible glare on the tv through most of the day. This really did cure the issue. Shade of blue was perfect.
