This is a terrific little system! I am a tea drinker and my husband let it slip that the UK has hot water on demand in many places... I asked if we could and lo and behold! Installation was easy*, although we didn't use the supplied filter as we have it going through a filter system already. The temperature isn't exact, so we did have to mess with the dial a little. It doesn't take up room underneath the cabinet either. *There's a crimp piece required. The metal one didn't fit properly, and they provided a plastic one also which worked, but barely.. I love this Armstrong collection! It is a beautiful polished nickel and very substantial. This TP holder is heavy! I got the robe hook towel ring and 2 towel bars as well. They all come with a little rubber piece inside the mount so it doesn't scratch or stick to wall. Very well made. The price is expensive but worth it!
