A second replacement came (from TX) and arrived in even worse condition (both tops had screws missing and screw holes stripped so won't stay on with screws provided, cracks on all sides, dents, etc.). I asked for a return label so whomever can inspect and see how badly damaged they are coming from TX. Third replacement sent from New Jersey or maybe Virginia- I cannot remember. Arrived in perfect condition like the first did. Customer service could not be better, but I'd call to order this piece with customer service and beg that it comes NOT from Texas. My 20-year old shower was leaking out the shower head even after replacing the mixer cap (rotating valve). Then I bought this, the pressure balancing unit (PBU) and after replacing both, there are no leaks and it works better than new. Kohler will say that this PBU is not the solution to a leaky shower head, but it was for me. Watch the Kohler installation video and buy both this PBU and the temperature regulator and you will be good as new. The parts change out quickly and easily with simple tools. The desk itself is very sturdy. Heavy and huge which is what we wanted for the home office. The 4 stars is because no instructions were included when it was delivered. We contacted the manufacturer and they said they’d send directions over and never did. You can also use the overlap stair nosing wherever you have a floor that is raised above the adjoining area. Note: Stairs that have an existing bullnose will need to have the bullnose removed prior to installing the new tread or riser to accept the overlap stair nose correctly. We recommend purchasing and having this molding before you begin the installation so there is no error in planning your cuts.
