I also learned that I needed help from someone else for a few stages in the process because it saves a lot of time. Things went a lot smoother and faster when I put together the second chair. I'm very pleased with my purchase. The table and chairs look great in my backyard and the quality is just what I expected as I have other Polywood products. The only 'negative' thing i would say is that the chairs aren't very comfortable so I will be buying some cushions.Other than that, the product was delivered a day early than the original delivery date and no problems with missing pieces. I was excited to see that the chairs were already together so all I had to do is put the arms on and all I had to do with the table is put the legs on. I put the chairs together first and I will admit it is a little tedious but all you needed was an Allen wrench which was included. I do wish I had put the table together first as that tool kit included a T-grip Allen wrench which sped up the process. Decent chairs. They are attractive and sturdy. It does take some time to put them together, but we managed. The hardest part was taking the stickers off the parts of the chairs.
