Had an issue on initial box that was delivered. It was damaged from MFg to Wayfair. But Wayfair customer service support was very helpful and fast response to get my replacement box reordered and I feel their customer service team is the best in the business. They took care of me and I will never shop for Home Goods and appliances anywhere else. I will always check at Wayfair firsthand. The Wayfair delivery Team is very careful of handling the initial box delivered and the same delivery team of Anthony and Miguel were also the same team that delivered the second box and I saw the delivery process from unloading of my box from truck to my house and they were very careful. I can find "cheaper" glasses, but these are big bang for your buck if you want to get a quality glass and not break the bank. Great product and very useful. Hanging directions should have reminded installers as to which piece should go in on the bottom. Also: should advise that installing two on top on each other will not give you an aggregate section of 2 x 24" section, but less than that, as the bottom of the bottom panel is not an effective panel and shouldn't be used when trying to place to sets one on top of another..
