First, let me say that working with Wayfair is great, even when there's a shipping glitch. So I'll start from the beginning, in April of 2021 we purchased 4 of the Polywood Vineyard Curveback Adirondack chairs in slate gray. After a party in May, my wife and I realized that a bench would be the final touch to our patio. I went online and found the Polywood Vineyard bench, but it was out of stock and wouldn't be available until late November. We chose to wait on it so that our furniture would match. Much to our surprise, we received an email in late July that our bench was on the way. When we received our (large and heavy) package, we were so disappointed that it had been damaged in shipping. I called Wayfair, sent in pictures of the damage and they said they would send another bench. Ten days later we received our new bench, undamaged. My wife is happy now. Happy wife, happy life! The first chair took me forever to assemble, but I used it as a learning experience. I learned that I could have saved myself a ton of time if I had used the provided allen key with the red top (looks like a wine bottle opener), instead of the conventional one that was also provided. I also learned that I needed help from someone else for a few stages in the process because it saves a lot of time. Things went a lot smoother and faster when I put together the second chair. I absolutely love this storage container. It looks so expensive and well made. It has wheels which was a requirement for me. It opens and closes nicely with an air spring that makes it a soft close and soft open. It has an amazing amount of space inside that feels pretty protected from the elements. It took me a bit to put it together but wasn't complicated. The instructions are decent although I did mess up a few times. Probably user error thinking I knew what I was doing. It comes packed so well that many of the pieces are screwed together so you don't lose them or the screws, but you have to unscrew them to put it back together and that's what it took me a bit to realize. It's sturdy and well designed in it's structure. Highly recommend. I know it's metal and not plastic or resin so people were worried it may rust, but I'm not as worried. Directions were easy and clear, all parts labeled nearly, says it takes two people to assemble, but I did it myself in an hour. 'Lots of screws all put in with the provided Alan wrench which got a bit tiring, but not terrible. I might suggest a rubber mallet as helpful, but not critical. They look beautiful and are comfortable I made my husband model to show height. He is 5'9". Now to repaint the deck to look as nice as the chairs! First purchase with Wayfair and very happy.. Laurel.
