I learned that I could have saved myself a ton of time if I had used the provided allen key with the red top (looks like a wine bottle opener), instead of the conventional one that was also provided. I also learned that I needed help from someone else for a few stages in the process because it saves a lot of time. Things went a lot smoother and faster when I put together the second chair. Decent chairs. They are attractive and sturdy. It does take some time to put them together, but we managed. The hardest part was taking the stickers off the parts of the chairs.
