I love these! They were very easy to snap together and quick to place. My error was in assuming my patio was 5X8 instead of 5X9. So I thought I’d have a couple extra when, in fact, I am one short. I just put my propane tank there and it’s not a big deal. Keep in mind that you cannot get smooth sides on all sides so you have to either live with the edge you get on two sides, or trim them. Perfect for what I was looking for. Looks very durable and work well on our balcony. Very easy to install. Peel and stick tiles. The color is exactly as it appears in the picture. Darker is better if you have small pets as a lighter color will show more of the foot traffic. I gave 4 stars verses 5 because I would have preferred it a bit thicker but then again you must consider the weather conditions and how long it will take to dry if it rains or depending on where you live harsh winter weather. November 19,2020 - I wanted to write back and tell everyone that this is even a better carpet than I thought as we had an issue with an item we purchased elsewhere (outdoor heater) and the item we purchased was defected and started a fire when we plugged it an outlet to use. Sparks flew out of the items cord... instead of the carpet going up in flames it just scorched it and didn't go up in flames (see photo). We ordered these patio tiles because we just bought our first home and our backyard is not yet landscaped. So, we thought these tiles would be a great temporary alternative to create a comfortable and usable space in our backyard without spending a fortune on permanent renovations and projects. With that in mind, these patio tiles are perfect for our needs. We need to create a neat path in our backyard, and for us, this set of tiles works very well! They are a great alternative to the wood chip tiles that we currently have in our backyard. These tiles do a great job of creating a flat surface that is more pleasant to the eye, and we are also planning on putting an outdoor rug over the tiles to keep a clean, flat surface until more permanent landscaping is done on the patio/backyard.
