I love these! They were very easy to snap together and quick to place. My error was in assuming my patio was 5X8 instead of 5X9. So I thought I’d have a couple extra when, in fact, I am one short. I just put my propane tank there and it’s not a big deal. Keep in mind that you cannot get smooth sides on all sides so you have to either live with the edge you get on two sides, or trim them. This product imparts a greater gloss than Marmoleum has out of the box. I'd call it satin. We like the shine. Since it is a Forbo product it should be the most compatible treatment available. The instructions say it both cleans and shines though it makes sense to thoroughly sweep then clean the floor with mild detergent and water or the Forbo cleaner first.
