First one sent bent immediately after getting the springs on which took forever. Wayfair sent another one and I paid for the installation. The guy said it was a nightmare to install but now it’s assembled and my son loves it. The sprinkler function is the best. It’s so hot here he wouldn’t be able to use it in the summmer without it! I looked at several videos related to assembly of the out sunning awnings and even though they were not for this exact awning it helped immensely. I was able to do the complete assembly by myself but needed help to lift the awning into place on the brackets. I mounted the brackets in the rim joist between the first and second floors... as such I needed to purchase some lag screws as the anchors provided with the awning were suited more to mounting on brick or concrete.
