I like the efficiency and endless supply of hot water. Like other hot water products the only negative is waiting for the water line to clear of cold water to clear before getting hot water. This happens for any system unless a homeowner adds a recirculation pump with a timer etc. Those additions with the extra cost are to me not worth it. Great product and very useful. Hanging directions should have reminded installers as to which piece should go in on the bottom. Also: should advise that installing two on top on each other will not give you an aggregate section of 2 x 24" section, but less than that, as the bottom of the bottom panel is not an effective panel and shouldn't be used when trying to place to sets one on top of another..
