First one sent bent immediately after getting the springs on which took forever. Wayfair sent another one and I paid for the installation. The guy said it was a nightmare to install but now it’s assembled and my son loves it. The sprinkler function is the best. It’s so hot here he wouldn’t be able to use it in the summmer without it! This rug is really pretty. It's soft, yet heavy-duty. Should hold up well on my patio. I'm a bit concerned about the amount of white or light colors in it. I'm anxious that spills and possible stains will stand out, though it IS machine washable. The reason for four stars is simply due to the packaging. I don't like it when rugs come in boxes, because it is so difficult to get the creases out. The last two pictures show how the ends are not yet lying flat. I'm fairly certain that will all even out.
