My 20-year old shower was leaking out the shower head even after replacing the mixer cap (rotating valve). Then I bought this, the pressure balancing unit (PBU) and after replacing both, there are no leaks and it works better than new. Kohler will say that this PBU is not the solution to a leaky shower head, but it was for me. Watch the Kohler installation video and buy both this PBU and the temperature regulator and you will be good as new. The parts change out quickly and easily with simple tools. The battery life is more than enough to get through the whole house on a single charge. The transition from our carpet to pur hard floors is flawlessly and it does a great job picking up dirt, dust, and pet hair. One of my favorite features is the small upholstery brush attachment for getting the pet hair off the furniture. I do have one concern. The vacuum is top heavy. After using it continuously from a full charge until the battery dies, my arm does start to feel tired. I’ve also noticed a slight bend where the upper and lower portion connect which concerns me about possible issues at the connection in the future. Even with that concern, I still think this is a great vacuum and would absolutely recommend it, especially for homes with pets and a mix of flooring surfaces.. May11185. Mon May 18 2026
