Ordered 2 at once. One arrived from New Jersey (?) in perfect condition, but the second shipped from TX never arrived. Customer service has been perfectly helpful for all FIVE (?) calls. A replacement (from TX) was ordered and arrived not boxed with corner protectors/top and bottom cardboard pieces completely damaged and unusable. A second replacement came (from TX) and arrived in even worse condition (both tops had screws missing and screw holes stripped so won't stay on with screws provided, cracks on all sides, dents, etc.). I asked for a return label so whomever can inspect and see how badly damaged they are coming from TX. Third replacement sent from New Jersey or maybe Virginia- I cannot remember. Arrived in perfect condition like the first did. Customer service could not be better, but I'd call to order this piece with customer service and beg that it comes NOT from Texas. The wood finish is very nice. The size is what I needed for my purpose. However, the drawer did not open until I manually pushed down on the locking pin from above. When the drawer was closed, it locked itself. I have never seen such a primitively designed locking system. If it is important to have a working lock, don't buy this. I contacted "customer service" for help. She could not help, but arranged for a tech support person to call me. Two days later: crickets! I absolutely love my desk! I would give it 5 stars but I could use at least one drawer. It is large so if you like to work with multiple monitors you'll have plenty of space for that and your files. I absolutely love my desk! I would give it 5 stars but I could use at least one drawer. It is large so if you like to work with multiple monitors you'll have plenty of space for that and your files. Simple assembly, solid construction, and looks amazing! The delivery team was amazing and everything fit together great. If I had to say something negative, only that the boxes could have been labeled better to give you an idea about what order to put things together, but I have a lot of experience building things so it didnt negatively impact me personally. I will start by saying that I would have given this desk 5 stars , the only thing I am docking a star for is the instruction manual. There were a few reviews I saw that had people experiencing problems with the assembly process due to inaccurate or incomplete information in the manual. It has you jump or skip steps if you would like certain configuring options of the desk , whereas there should be a default option to just make it the way it is in the picture. Although it is neat there are 3 different configurations of the desk , I only needed the one I originally wanted, so make sure you are making the exact configuration that you want, or you will be re-assembling it.
