A second replacement came (from TX) and arrived in even worse condition (both tops had screws missing and screw holes stripped so won't stay on with screws provided, cracks on all sides, dents, etc.). I asked for a return label so whomever can inspect and see how badly damaged they are coming from TX. Third replacement sent from New Jersey or maybe Virginia- I cannot remember. Arrived in perfect condition like the first did. Customer service could not be better, but I'd call to order this piece with customer service and beg that it comes NOT from Texas. Bought AX-25 to reseal my pool deck and lanai. This stamped concrete deck has to be resealed every 2-3 years. Used tint from another company (very good stuff). However, I decide to give Foundation Armor a try for sealing. I am very pleased and find this to give a better appearance than the sealant I used before from the tint provider. I absolutely love my desk! I would give it 5 stars but I could use at least one drawer. It is large so if you like to work with multiple monitors you'll have plenty of space for that and your files. Simple assembly, solid construction, and looks amazing! The delivery team was amazing and everything fit together great. If I had to say something negative, only that the boxes could have been labeled better to give you an idea about what order to put things together, but I have a lot of experience building things so it didnt negatively impact me personally.
