This was a breeze to apply. Simply shook the container to mix the contents and then applied with a paint roller. Avoided work during direct sunlight hours. Re-applied until the container was empty. Bought AX-25 to reseal my pool deck and lanai. This stamped concrete deck has to be resealed every 2-3 years. Used tint from another company (very good stuff). However, I decide to give Foundation Armor a try for sealing. I am very pleased and find this to give a better appearance than the sealant I used before from the tint provider. I absolutely love my desk! I would give it 5 stars but I could use at least one drawer. It is large so if you like to work with multiple monitors you'll have plenty of space for that and your files. I will start by saying that I would have given this desk 5 stars , the only thing I am docking a star for is the instruction manual. There were a few reviews I saw that had people experiencing problems with the assembly process due to inaccurate or incomplete information in the manual. It has you jump or skip steps if you would like certain configuring options of the desk , whereas there should be a default option to just make it the way it is in the picture. Although it is neat there are 3 different configurations of the desk , I only needed the one I originally wanted, so make sure you are making the exact configuration that you want, or you will be re-assembling it.
