Ordered 2 at once. One arrived from New Jersey (?) in perfect condition, but the second shipped from TX never arrived. Customer service has been perfectly helpful for all FIVE (?) calls. A replacement (from TX) was ordered and arrived not boxed with corner protectors/top and bottom cardboard pieces completely damaged and unusable. A second replacement came (from TX) and arrived in even worse condition (both tops had screws missing and screw holes stripped so won't stay on with screws provided, cracks on all sides, dents, etc.). I asked for a return label so whomever can inspect and see how badly damaged they are coming from TX. Third replacement sent from New Jersey or maybe Virginia- I cannot remember. Arrived in perfect condition like the first did. Customer service could not be better, but I'd call to order this piece with customer service and beg that it comes NOT from Texas. Love the two working ones and recommend 100%... again, if not arriving from Texas! I'm sharing damaged photos of last one sent, but not of two we kept, b/c they fit description perfectly.. Christina. The Forest Rain 0.28 Thick x 716 Wide X Varying Length Waterproof Engineered Hardwood Flooring by Bruce Flooring is very pretty and much more expensive than I thought it would be. This was a breeze to apply. Simply shook the container to mix the contents and then applied with a paint roller. Avoided work during direct sunlight hours. Re-applied until the container was empty. Beautiful, thick flooring with great waterproof backing. I have the flooring butted up to our original wood flooring and its pretty close to "natural." Item shipped fast, was packaged almost too well but it still came with chips in the corners of some of the pieces. I was surprised with how well it was packaged and wrapped that it had chips and dings in it. **Update: I received a new package that came with no chips or dings! This engineered flooring is a neutral greige tone. The finish is smooth with no wood texture feel. The top and bottom plank are full length where the middle pieces are split which I thought was odd but maybe that’s how all boxes come The backside of the planks are a rustic finish that I kind of like (see last photo). The Armor SX5000 is made from high-quality, non-recycled, US-manufactured resins. It is designed for unsealed concrete, brick, pavers, natural stone, and porous masonry. It works entirely below the surface, won’t change the look or color of the substrate, and won’t leave a surface film. Great product for protecting concrete. Be careful with how you want to apply this product. I used a plastic container and sprayer, and this sealer literally melted the plastic/ spraying wand. I had to buy stailess steel sprayer to apply this sealer. Also, use a very good quality gloves to avoid any skin rash. It would be great if the supplier supplied MSDS sheet and warning label to not to use any plastic sprayer. Product is excellent, easy to apply! Bought AX-25 to reseal my pool deck and lanai. This stamped concrete deck has to be resealed every 2-3 years. Used tint from another company (very good stuff). However, I decide to give Foundation Armor a try for sealing. I am very pleased and find this to give a better appearance than the sealant I used before from the tint provider.
