I asked for a return label so whomever can inspect and see how badly damaged they are coming from TX. Third replacement sent from New Jersey or maybe Virginia- I cannot remember. Arrived in perfect condition like the first did. Customer service could not be better, but I'd call to order this piece with customer service and beg that it comes NOT from Texas. The wood finish is very nice. The size is what I needed for my purpose. However, the drawer did not open until I manually pushed down on the locking pin from above. When the drawer was closed, it locked itself. I have never seen such a primitively designed locking system. If it is important to have a working lock, don't buy this. I contacted "customer service" for help. She could not help, but arranged for a tech support person to call me. Two days later: crickets! Beautiful, thick flooring with great waterproof backing. I have the flooring butted up to our original wood flooring and its pretty close to "natural." Item shipped fast, was packaged almost too well but it still came with chips in the corners of some of the pieces. I was surprised with how well it was packaged and wrapped that it had chips and dings in it. **Update: I received a new package that came with no chips or dings!
