I asked for a return label so whomever can inspect and see how badly damaged they are coming from TX. Third replacement sent from New Jersey or maybe Virginia- I cannot remember. Arrived in perfect condition like the first did. Customer service could not be better, but I'd call to order this piece with customer service and beg that it comes NOT from Texas. I got this 1 1/2 years ago. It is obvious this grill is built to last for the long term. I grill 3 - 4 times a week and this baby is going to endure. The magic of this grill is the heat retention. I absolutely love my desk! I would give it 5 stars but I could use at least one drawer. It is large so if you like to work with multiple monitors you'll have plenty of space for that and your files.
