A replacement (from TX) was ordered and arrived not boxed with corner protectors/top and bottom cardboard pieces completely damaged and unusable. A second replacement came (from TX) and arrived in even worse condition (both tops had screws missing and screw holes stripped so won't stay on with screws provided, cracks on all sides, dents, etc.). I asked for a return label so whomever can inspect and see how badly damaged they are coming from TX. Third replacement sent from New Jersey or maybe Virginia- I cannot remember. Arrived in perfect condition like the first did. Customer service could not be better, but I'd call to order this piece with customer service and beg that it comes NOT from Texas. Essentials 3-Drawer Vertical Filing Cabinet is part of Lorell Essentials Series Laminate Furniture with high-quality, walnut laminate construction. Pedestal offers a box/box/file design to store office supplies and important files. The file drawer includes handrails and holds letter-size and legal-size hanging files. This draw system is great and is absolutely recommended. It's actually dimensions are 28”H x 15.5"W x 22” D and fits perfectly under the desk. The 31.5'' H x 24'' W x 18.1'' D is the box dimensions. I absolutely love my desk! I would give it 5 stars but I could use at least one drawer. It is large so if you like to work with multiple monitors you'll have plenty of space for that and your files.
