This was a breeze to apply. Simply shook the container to mix the contents and then applied with a paint roller. Avoided work during direct sunlight hours. Re-applied until the container was empty. I've had mine for several years and have been very pleased with it in the last month I've had an issue with it reading a code of F1 and F2 and when I got to talk to somebody from Bissell they said that the machine is no more made and they couldn't help me with figuring out the issue I have to take it in for service other than that it's worked great and it still works now just replace the filters. It works great for King sleepers who use the middle of the bed unlike the old air number mattresses. (I do strongly recommend purchasers refer to the Innomax set-up instruction video found online because no instructions come with the product. The product does take several hours to set up and you must have a compatible bed, but it apparently fits the standard softside with 4"x6" foam rails.) So convenient to be able to get this delivered to our door in Canada with no unexpected duty/brokerage charges instead of getting it ourselves from Innomax in Denver, Colorado. Great product for protecting concrete. Be careful with how you want to apply this product. I used a plastic container and sprayer, and this sealer literally melted the plastic/ spraying wand. I had to buy stailess steel sprayer to apply this sealer. Also, use a very good quality gloves to avoid any skin rash. It would be great if the supplier supplied MSDS sheet and warning label to not to use any plastic sprayer. Product is excellent, easy to apply! Nice piece, but it's really more of an institutional item and assumes that you are replacing an existing urinal or have framing in place to accommodate an install. Installing this in a dry-walled garage, for instance, will take some doing including cutting away drywall and add 2x4 supports.
