A second replacement came (from TX) and arrived in even worse condition (both tops had screws missing and screw holes stripped so won't stay on with screws provided, cracks on all sides, dents, etc.). I asked for a return label so whomever can inspect and see how badly damaged they are coming from TX. Third replacement sent from New Jersey or maybe Virginia- I cannot remember. Arrived in perfect condition like the first did. Customer service could not be better, but I'd call to order this piece with customer service and beg that it comes NOT from Texas. Shipping company couldn't find it on the day we were to receive it, moved delivery another week, then pushed us another week. Wayfair provided no help. I called and cancelled the order on the second missed delivery but they delivered it anyway. The wood finish is very nice. The size is what I needed for my purpose. However, the drawer did not open until I manually pushed down on the locking pin from above. When the drawer was closed, it locked itself. I have never seen such a primitively designed locking system. If it is important to have a working lock, don't buy this. I contacted "customer service" for help. She could not help, but arranged for a tech support person to call me. Two days later: crickets! I absolutely love my desk! I would give it 5 stars but I could use at least one drawer. It is large so if you like to work with multiple monitors you'll have plenty of space for that and your files.
