A second replacement came (from TX) and arrived in even worse condition (both tops had screws missing and screw holes stripped so won't stay on with screws provided, cracks on all sides, dents, etc.). I asked for a return label so whomever can inspect and see how badly damaged they are coming from TX. Third replacement sent from New Jersey or maybe Virginia- I cannot remember. Arrived in perfect condition like the first did. Customer service could not be better, but I'd call to order this piece with customer service and beg that it comes NOT from Texas. Simple assembly, solid construction, and looks amazing! The delivery team was amazing and everything fit together great. This was a breeze to apply. Simply shook the container to mix the contents and then applied with a paint roller. Avoided work during direct sunlight hours. Re-applied until the container was empty. I absolutely love my desk! I would give it 5 stars but I could use at least one drawer. It is large so if you like to work with multiple monitors you'll have plenty of space for that and your files. The desk itself is very sturdy. Heavy and huge which is what we wanted for the home office. The 4 stars is because no instructions were included when it was delivered. We contacted the manufacturer and they said they’d send directions over and never did.
