Our contractor told us we probably had to get a custom shower door made, but I found this and thought we could try it. Ended up working out PERFeCTLY and it was a fraction of the price of the custom quotes!! Definitely need professional installation, but they had no problem putting it in. We did a total remodel of our shower, and I wanted a door with a clean and modern look. This one is WONDERFUL. Since installation was beyond our capability, I did have a contractor install it. He said that it was easy to install but advised 2 people to complete the task. The door arrived in 4 packages, and all the parts were present. We have hard water, so I especially love that the glass has a special coating to minimize spoting. I like that the door has the ability to be installed to swing inward or outward. Really nice door, so happy that there is a great variety of sizes so I chose the perfect size to go without gaps and swing both ways, although the screws were too short to go through the tile, the wall and into the stud, so we bought long screws at the store and the anchors with it..
