The glass is great. Price was fair. Only issue was having FedEx deliver this large heavy(100 lb 3x6.5 foot box). First one was broken in corner and since this is a direct from mfg shipment ultimately did not have to be returned to get a replacement but it took several calls to stop the “ return or you will be charged” emails/texts. Cust service was excellent though and finally have the replacement panel up - it’s beautiful but I did feel bad for fedex having to deal with the beast of a package.. Kathleen. Newport News, VA. This frameless door is one of the best improvements for effort put in that we've done to our home in recent memory. The side panel took about an hour and the glass took about an hour two days later. I ordered their kit with bits because I was too lazy to go to the hardware store. The packaging is excellent, all boxes within are labeled, and the included instructions (both written and video) are great. We chose this door because we only had one wall with an appropriately placed stud. The mounts are more than sufficient to support the glass on one side. Support by Glass Warehouse is also great. They picked up the phone at 7:30 eastern and filled me in on an additional mount they include in each kit for those who would additional support to the one-sided mount. Decided to remodel upstairs bath this fall. After removing tub and installing shower pan I contacted my local glass company for a quote on a fixed panel. They took measurements, talked about "blueprints" and mentioned a six week lead time to build. I then checked Wayfair.
