Contractors struggled to install. The door is heavy and looks fantastic. Our last door was thin, and any time you accidentally bumped it, it would shake. This door is thick and held in place well, so it doesn't budge when bumped. These shower doors are amazing! My husband sent me on a mission to find two sets of shower doors for our new home because he doesn't like shower curtains. He also told me to find a big-name brand door so the quality would be good. As I begin looking for the big brand doors, I found these. The price and the reviews were so much better than the big brands that I decided to take a chance on these. The quality and look of these doors are very high end. The are heavy duty, beautiful and though they take some time they are relatively simple to install (if you are good at that sort of thing, which my husband is). It took us a few hours to get them installed but once we did, they were perfect. Overall it’s a nice door and I’m happy with it so far. The directions are very poor and not clear at all. The wall anchors that came with the door were to small after drilling through the tile and I had torun to the hardware store to get a bigger better anchors.
