I purchased my shed in October. Unfortunately with the weather change I could not have it assembled until early April, come to find out the included T lock is defective and does not lock the shed. Because I am past the 30 day product window, I am told there is no resolve from company, so I have to purchase a lock to replace and have handyman return. The tile was wrapped and boxed very securely with only one broken tile out of the 120 tiles. The lot was the same for all 5 boxes (important). LOVE this tile!! Was packed great - out of like a dozen boxes ordered only 1 tile had a finger nail sized chip in 1 corner. The porcelain is water impervious & the matte finish is non-slip. This had a perfect pattern & color for my design goals. JUST BE SURE TO ORDER A SAMPLE. The only confusing thing was that this color is called BLUE & photo shows it as baby blue, BUT IT IS NOT. It's actually like a seafoam or mint green (which is what I was looking for anyway). I thought there was a color error & I was sent green instead of blue, so actually ordered a second sample. But the greenish blue color you see in my pics is the actual correct color.
