I was impressed with the quality of the materials and the instructions were pretty clear. I put mine on top of of a concrete pad. So impressed. Delivered to our door. Parts are extremely well packaged. Instructions are clear and concise. All parts are wrapped and each part is labeled and instructions even tell you which part is in each box. To top it off there is even a video to walk you through the process. Highly recommended this product! Well after working on it for a number of days I am still impressed however. The assembly requires some skill. Especially lining up the metal roofing. Very easy to go off track and have it skew. I finally got so frustrated I called a good friend that was also a retired metal worker. I was very glad to have his help. I took a while to write this because it took us six months to find a contractor to put it together! Everyone is busy during peak contractor season. The finished product is amazing. It's a great deal and an amazing shed with lots of storage. Very stylish. I think our contractor had to buy paint, roof shingles and a couple of extra pieces of plywood. I will give you the breakdown, it took a licensed builder a full week to put it together but it's done right. Just to let you know if you are a DIY it will probably take three times that. WORTH IT. Instructions were followed completely. This morning I checked again after we had some rain last night. The floor is full of water again. Very disappointed with the design of this shed. I just put this up, and it has the most detailed instructions I've ever seen! All of the parts were there, everything numbered, everything fit together real well, I also like how you can take the ends of the shelter off and back on, Ididn't put them on from the beginning but I don't think it's going to be a big deal you just got to go up under the collar that comes around the end to keep weather out when you do have the ends on there. I'm not using the anchoring ropes into the ground, taking one to a tree and the other two into the house. I'll just have to wait and see if it can stand up to South Florida weather. The Solarium is wonderful. Took us two weekends to put together. We were not in a rush. Instructions were well written and easy to follow.
