So impressed. Delivered to our door. Parts are extremely well packaged. Instructions are clear and concise. All parts are wrapped and each part is labeled and instructions even tell you which part is in each box. To top it off there is even a video to walk you through the process. Highly recommended this product! Well after working on it for a number of days I am still impressed however. The assembly requires some skill. Especially lining up the metal roofing. Very easy to go off track and have it skew. I finally got so frustrated I called a good friend that was also a retired metal worker. I was very glad to have his help. This shed seems flimsy until it's assembled but is sturdy. However, the finish may scratch easily. I had panels that had significant scratches in them and some of the screw holes were difficult to line up. There were a few places that were impossible to get the nut on the bolt. So we have begun to assemble. It will look like a nice structure when completed. I like it BUT, It has horrible directions, making it painfully slow to assemble. Will need to use clear silicon to keep the ceiling from leaking, and possibly the sides as well. I will reinforce the structure in the corners and secure it to the ground (for hurricane/tornado season in Texas). Personally, I will choose to replace the strategic panels with clear plexiglass so I can see inside and through to the back, or look out, as the provided panels are 'frosted'.I hope the adjustments will render it as stable as I'd like because I am very happy with the size and it's cute.... Love this outdoor office space. It was simple to put together and follow the instructions. Insulated very well. I installed an LVP floor inside after putting it together. The whole thing took probably 6 hrs with two adults. The only downside (and design flaw) is the window. The outward swinging window doors is the absolute worst. Knowing that people are likely to add an AC/Hearing unit to this, and if they don’t want to put in a mini-split, what’s the next reasonable thing people will put in? A window unit! But guess what?! Because they decided to do a worthless outward swinging two door window, you can’t! The designer of this product failed big time. They should have made the window kit a single hung, up and down slider so almost ANY AC unit could be put in.
