The delivery process was excellent. However, the shed has been nothing but a problem with leaks. There have been leaks at various spots of the roof. Installation guy has been back 3 times to seal around the roof screws. There is water standing in the tracks on the inside of shed near the roof. It seems to be a really poor design. Instructions were followed completely. This morning I checked again after we had some rain last night. The floor is full of water again. Very disappointed with the design of this shed. The mailbox has a top front hopper door, and receives all types of mail: envelopes (small & large) + poly-bag style mailers + small USPS flat rate boxes and small packages and has 2 bottom locking doors one in the front and one in the back, so you can retrieve mail without stepping into the street. It's beautiful but quite disppointed that it arrived dented and there is paint missing where it is dented. The dent also created a gap on the from of the mailbox. Also, the description said it came with the post. After waiting over a month for the mailbox to arrive, it arrived without the post and dented. Only thing is the instructions do not give you instructions, all they do is provide pictures and according to the “steps” in the pictures I would have struggled more.
