Will need to use clear silicon to keep the ceiling from leaking, and possibly the sides as well. I will reinforce the structure in the corners and secure it to the ground (for hurricane/tornado season in Texas). Personally, I will choose to replace the strategic panels with clear plexiglass so I can see inside and through to the back, or look out, as the provided panels are 'frosted'.I hope the adjustments will render it as stable as I'd like because I am very happy with the size and it's cute.... I searched extensively for a non-wood product that actually looked like real wood and was substantial. This is it. Installation was a breeze if you’re handy with a drill and saw. We used our old 3x3 mail post (with the mailbox support removed) and this post slid right over it. Saved us the step of having to sink a new post into cement, which was huge. So far i am halfway through the build has taken several hours split in two days will be working on Finnishing this weekend but so far i am liking it instructions are easy to read there was one part we felt like we were on a wild goose chase but realized it was labeled wrong and has been smooth sailing.
