The delivery process was excellent. However, the shed has been nothing but a problem with leaks. There have been leaks at various spots of the roof. Installation guy has been back 3 times to seal around the roof screws. There is water standing in the tracks on the inside of shed near the roof. It seems to be a really poor design. Instructions were followed completely. This morning I checked again after we had some rain last night. The floor is full of water again. Very disappointed with the design of this shed. Exactly as expected. Strong, high quality mailbox that arrived quickly. Installation: Easy to attach to a mounting plate using the holes on the bottom of the exterior sides. It’s petty heavy, so be sure to attach to a strong post - I got the Gibraltar Landover post (which is actually hollow) and slid it over a 4x4 sunk 17” into the ground which is 30” above ground (so the 4x4 is a total of 47”). It looks great and was definitely worth the money to upgrade from the low-quality, dented mailbox that the prior owners had chosen. I got custom decals elsewhere to finish the look.. Marion.
