I absolutely adore my new four-season gazebo! It’s spacious, sturdy, and incredibly strong. I secured the post using heavy-duty bolts on a reinforced deck foundation. The instructions were not the most user-friendly, but since I’m quite handy with assembling things, I managed to comprehend most of the directions. However, I can understand how some people might find it challenging. Lastly, please don’t be like me and attempt to assemble this gazebo on your own. I just put it together over the weekend and I have not installed the door yet. My first impression was the wood was brittle and prone to cracking. So happy with my new greenhouse! The assembly was a little intimidating at first but my husband and I worked together and were able to get it assembled. It wasn’t too bad just took a little while due to all the rain we have been getting. Every piece was labeled including the screws which made everything so much easier. They have a booklet or an app you can use for the assembly, we decided to use the book. Water and electric was super easy to set up we ran an extension cord and water hose for now but will work on long term lines for both. It has so much space and storage room! Love it!!! I paid $1500 to a general contractor to assemble it, took 7 hours and I paid $3500 to an electrician to run 220V to the back yard which took 6 hours. Still more than half the cost of the lowest price given at a local store here in San Diego. Great quality, gets as hot as advertised in about 15 minutes, but San Diego is never cold, so starting temp is always around 70 degrees. [Drainage System & Galvanized Base]The drainage gutter system can effectively drain water from the greenhouse to the outside. The sloped roof won't accumulate water on the top. alvanized base can be better fixed in the soil and protects the greenhouse from bad weather.

It lasted for about a year and a half without any major problems. That being said we live in tornado alley and had 80 mph wind multiple times. Had snow and ice and it held up for over a year. This year some of the panels couldn't take the beating and snapped. I think there are 3 missing right now but it did make it through over one storm season in Oklahoma-which is pretty incredible.
