This dryer is awesome. It seems like it takes longer than a normal dryer, but it really doesn't. We don't have to run it 3 times to dry towels. It can fit a lot of towels. It can dry our king size comforter with ease. It uses about 1/4 the power of our old normal dryer. It also is really good at removing pet hair from clothes. Dryer is large capacity which I love. It does take about 8-10 loads of drying before it heats to capacity when brand new. After this many loads, the dryer does heat properly so don’t be alarmed when you first use your dryer if it doesn’t get hot enough. Cons: it doesn’t have a light in the dryer so difficult to see as you are pulling out clothes. Also, the dryer vent screen is a newer design with two sides. Problem is the plastic square holes at the top hold lint even if it is not full. So as you pull multiple clothes out after a cycle, some may drag across the top plastic piece and now you have lint balls on your clothing. Fix these two problems and it will be a 5/5 dryer.. Working great. I really like the dust collector inside. I'm used to having a thin vent to pull out, but this is a compartment you pull out and open up. The dust is inside and easy to pull out. I highly recommend it for anyone with a pet that sheds on blankets. The dryer is great. Im handy, so it was very easy to hook up. The delivery was a different story. We were given a delivery day of Tuesday, then it changed to Monday between 7 AM and 7 PM. My wife called at 930 Monday to narrow down the window, and was eventually told they didnt even have it at the delivery center. Then he checked and found it had just arrived, but it was too late to get it on a truck. Problem was, we took Monday off to receive it and hook it up. He said they could deliver Wednesday, between 7 AM and 11 AM, with a call 30 min. before delivery. They called at 6 AM, and delivered at 645 AM. But, we have the dryer, so all is good. The delivery crew from Glen Ellyn Moving and Storage were great, quick,efficient and polite. Hot Tub is great. Delivery not so much. I selected inside delivery and that didnt happen. Contracted delivery service send 1 man and his teenage son to deliver 2 hot tubs inside my house. These tubs weigh about 500 lbs each. Needless to say, it didnt happen. It wasnt for lack of effort on their part. It just wasnt realistic to think 2 guys were going to accomplish the job. This valve seems to be a serious one but can’t comment yet on full functionality since the remodel is still going on. Wayfair should review timelines for submitting reviews and increase to 6-12 months the timeframe so that customers can give more informed view on the product. The installer had no issues in plugging everything in, i have used it with copper lines, the stops are really useful to test everything and the preliminary tests were working all good.
