Love this vacuum although not happy with the cord holder used when vacuuming. Doesn't hold the cord at all which means I've gotta hold the card in my hand. I have been using these filters for the last 7 years. I live in LA and the facet water isn’t the best to drink. These filters make a healthy water that taste good. I bought the 6-step ramp because we have a very high bed, and we wanted our dog to get used to using this before he gets to a point when jumping up and down will be difficult. This seems to be a very high quality item. Though it comes with no assembly instructions, we were able to figure it out easily enough. I was worried my beagle would tear it apart the way he has ruined other pillows and beds with foam inserts, this does not seem to have an offensive smell.
