Received the GE 65gallon water heater with flexcapacity today (240v model). I did the installation by myself however the GE water heater is heavy. Luckily i got some help from my friend to set the water heater heater in place. I love the way the washer lightly spins before filling to help distribute the clothing easily. It offers lots of choices for many different types of fabrics. There is a drawer you can put your detergent in for proper dispersal into the drum, but I didn’t see it mentioned in the book anywhere. HPWH is easy to use and consume little power. Not very noisy, can't hear it in house, but definitely would bother me if my office were in the garage. Keeps water warm overnight without using any power (or very very little). Concern is the durability of the anode rod - within two weeks, it is down to 98%. The dryer is great. Im handy, so it was very easy to hook up. The delivery was a different story. We were given a delivery day of Tuesday, then it changed to Monday between 7 AM and 7 PM. My wife called at 930 Monday to narrow down the window, and was eventually told they didnt even have it at the delivery center. Then he checked and found it had just arrived, but it was too late to get it on a truck. Problem was, we took Monday off to receive it and hook it up. He said they could deliver Wednesday, between 7 AM and 11 AM, with a call 30 min. before delivery. They called at 6 AM, and delivered at 645 AM. But, we have the dryer, so all is good. The delivery crew from Glen Ellyn Moving and Storage were great, quick,efficient and polite. This dryer is super quiet. It works really fast too. It could dry a lot of clothes at once. Installation by plumber was without issue. Has been functioning very well since installation. Extremely low electric use and not very loud. It does keep the basement cooler, but that's not an issue.. I recently purchased the cordless robotic pool cleaner and have used it three times now. I have an in-ground pool which is 8 feet deep. It cleans the bottom of my pool sufficiently. Even after my misunderstanding of the "delivery date" that was NOT to the home but the warehouse AND THEN that next day, the truck arrived with my new washer.
