I absolutely love this wash tower. Read TONS of different reviews before purchasing. Looked at different brands and styles. Finally settled on this one. The install was very easy and fast. It has a large capacity. I was worried that it wouldn’t hold as much as my prior front loaders, LG mega capacity. I was happily mistaken. And the footprint is smaller! This set holds everything I washed before and it’s more efficient. Washes & dries quickly, without damaging on the AI cycles. I love all the preset options and the auto soap and softener dispensers. Dryer is large capacity which I love. It does take about 8-10 loads of drying before it heats to capacity when brand new. After this many loads, the dryer does heat properly so don’t be alarmed when you first use your dryer if it doesn’t get hot enough. Cons: it doesn’t have a light in the dryer so difficult to see as you are pulling out clothes. Also, the dryer vent screen is a newer design with two sides. Problem is the plastic square holes at the top hold lint even if it is not full. So as you pull multiple clothes out after a cycle, some may drag across the top plastic piece and now you have lint balls on your clothing. Fix these two problems and it will be a 5/5 dryer.. Working great. I really like the dust collector inside. I'm used to having a thin vent to pull out, but this is a compartment you pull out and open up. The dust is inside and easy to pull out. I highly recommend it for anyone with a pet that sheds on blankets. The dryer is great. Im handy, so it was very easy to hook up. The delivery was a different story. We were given a delivery day of Tuesday, then it changed to Monday between 7 AM and 7 PM. My wife called at 930 Monday to narrow down the window, and was eventually told they didnt even have it at the delivery center. Then he checked and found it had just arrived, but it was too late to get it on a truck. Problem was, we took Monday off to receive it and hook it up. He said they could deliver Wednesday, between 7 AM and 11 AM, with a call 30 min. before delivery. They called at 6 AM, and delivered at 645 AM. But, we have the dryer, so all is good. The delivery crew from Glen Ellyn Moving and Storage were great, quick,efficient and polite. It was approximately the same price as everyone else, but because were members of Wayfair Rewards, we got a rebate of , I believe, 70, so it was worth it!. Richs. Saint Charles Il. Tue Apr 29 2025
