I finally got my rug pad after it was delivered to my neighbor. I had to wait an extra day, after the first delay in delivery, but I got them. They were wider than 3 ft., my carpets are 39" so I had to cut about 2" off the width, no big deal. The bars are made of high-grade 318 stainless steel and are specially designed for use with this system. The bars can be mounted without any measuring, drilling, or tools. The installation is very simple and can be completed in minutes.
