I’ve been using it for about a year, and it has never left me wishing for more. * the pads which come with the unit wash up very well in the washing machine. * the water tank is small, but I am able to clean approximately 800 square feet without needing to refill with water. * I use filtered water from my fridge with no problems. * the steamer works very well. (I also wet and pour a little bleach on the pads before mopping, only bc I tend to be a clean freak.) BOTTOM LINE Shark has always proven to be top notch. This unit is no exception. This steam mop has honestly been an amazing purchase. I bought this not even a month ago and I’m obsessed! I have 1 dog, 1 cat, and a dog that im watching for a couple of months and I have not been comfortable to walk barefoot on my floors because they stay icky due to puppy paws and shedding. I love how this vacuum/mop cleaned my floors in the first use! I was AMAZED! It gets under the snake enclosures and as close to corners as it can. It never gets stuck or readjusts its mission when the cat is trying to swipe at it. The app is super handy and easy to navigate. The suction for the vacuum is perfect with its 3 levels.
