Smaller than I wanted it will not hold the towels side by side. If your plug is behind the rack there is not enough room for the towels to hang and its a fight to get them on the rack. Also the rack does not heat as well the only area that heats is where the towel is laying across the bar not just touching it. I havent installed it yet but I do wish it came in 30x30 as well as this 24x24. It's more logical than installing two grab bars if entry requires it as my shower is does. We had a friend tell us to make sure we put a towel warmer in! So glad we did! The square shape matched all our Square accessories! This particular one can be hot wired or plugged in. So mine just plugs into the wall! You do have to turn it on and off. And it usually take a minute to get warm… (it doesn’t have an emergency to hot turn off in it) so we are going to look for some kind of timer maybe to leave it plugged into. But we do enjoy it!. I was really excited to get something like this for the grill. It took me a couple minutes to put it together, even though the directions were quite clear. The fact that it takes so long to heat up, I’m unsure of. . Unfortunately my grill is put in the garage, for the cold, snowy icy Michigan winter. I really am excited to use it and it is a high quality. I really like the idea of steam cleaning because after you put something with barbecue sauce on the grill, it gets all baked on.
