This is a great little dehumidifier. We got it for our basement because our old one was getting old and starting to have problems. This one is smaller and a lot quieter. The hose in the back is small. Our old one had a bigger hose and would still get clogged up so I'm concerned about that, but so far it hasn't been a problem. Overall, I'm glad we got it.. Michelle. This dehumidifier works amazing! We had a humidity issue in our house and this fixed it. This dehumidifier works so well it actually made our smart thermostat send alert that humidity had dropped below normal. This review is on the delivery experience not the machine. The delivery team was polite, but the experience was extremely frustrating and disappointing. It took roughly 1.5 hours to install a washer and pedestal because they were not familiar with how the pedestal installs. Despite clear issues during setup and their reluctance to take guidance, I ultimately had to determine the correct installation steps myself just to get the job finished. After they left, the washer repeatedly threw an error, which took additional time to troubleshoot only to discover that they had failed to turn the water supply valves on. This added to an already unnecessarily long and difficult process. To make matters worse, their driving on the property was reckless. They drove at an unsafe speed on the driveway and nearly caused a head-on collision with a vehicle exiting the property. This is a nice compact dehumidifier. It's sturdy and heavy but doesn't take up too much space. The wheels and handle are great for mobility. One of the best things about it is how quiet it is in operation. For a commercial dehumidifier, the sound is very low. I don't have the ability to fully comment on it's effectiveness yet but can say that the reading changed rather quickly with a short test try. The recirculation kits performs multi-stage filtration and removes the odor from the gas and smoke that is sucked into the range hood, which removes harmful components and pollutants in the smoke, and effectively solves the problem of using range hoods in houses where the range hood cannot be exhausted. Do not try to clean the charcoal filter in the recirculation kit as it can not be cleaned, Please change the charcoal filter every 4-6 months (depending on hood usage)
