Ok, I tried the glasses with ice and without ice and if you get these, you need to have ice in them, otherwise the frozen gel melts pretty quickly. The pics show one glass with ice, and the other one shows how half of the glass has already melted in just a few minutes. So, if you want to bring them outside on a hot day, you’d be better off with an insulated hydro flask bottle. I like the look of them because they are nice looking, and will definitely add an extra little chill for indoors, but it’s too hot in the summer where I live so I’ll stick with my insulated metal cups. My system is split to a dedicated faucet and my 2 refrigerator's, ice makers and water dispensers. Water taste good, no issues. I did have to add a small pressure tank to keep the system from cycling multiple times when the ice maker was being filled or the water was being dispensed from the refrigerators. The refrigerators back pressure causes the RO system to shut off prematurely. With the added small waterdrop PWT ( pressure water tank) the system no longer Cycles and the pressure of the water coming out, has increased a small amount. The number of times per day the system comes on has also decreased because of the PWT. The system is not loud but noticeable. The reviews I've seen mainly complain about noise from the system. Which it's not my experience. Again, adding the PWT also reduces the numbem cycles the system runs per day. The system was easy to put in. Only pre-requirement is a dedicated electrical outlet under the sink. I split my power from my dishwasher. I ran my electrical line from the dishwasher under my cabinet into a dedicated dual Outlet.
