This tool box has solved a lot of problems for me and helped me get organized in a way that makes sense vending outdoor spaces. It's pretty reliable in most weather conditions. It rolls. The box arrived with some damage and thus the front "door" to the bench has a ding in it. It appears to be pretty solid and heavy though. The instructions to assemble are relatively clear, and though it's a time consuming process to put this together, it is not too hard.
