It's a pretty fridge, but the ERR code won't go away after I replaced the H2O filter. I used a GE specific filter as suggested, tried shutting off power, reinstalled filter 3 x's. I love this counter depth refrigerator. We received it a few weeks later than originally scheduled, but it was better than not getting it at all. Thanks goodness for Wayfair! I couldn’t order it anywhere without waiting over 5 to 6 months. The inside drawer within the freezer drawer had a small piece broken. But I was able to send a video to the tech and the part was ordered and received. I love the fact that you don’t see fingerprints. This refrigerator replaced a 22 year old Artica GE Side by Side. I had kept the Artica going for all these years, but got tired of the defrost heater burning out what I consider to be too often? I purchased OEM one's, but the last one lasted about 14 months and it was a GE one. Don't know why they don't last any better? Anyway said goodbye to the old girl that served us pretty well for those 22 years. The ice maker had failed and had developed an internal leak I could not find and fix, so we lived without that for several of it's last years. Now, this new one is HUGE at 28.3 The old one was about 25 cu. ft. Actually, I hated the dark tunnel of the Artica Side by Side. Could not find things back in there! This new one is great from that standpoint with the lighted back panel, you can see everything in there. Like the convertible part and the drawers in the freezer section. I've read that the ice makers in GE refrigerators are troublesome compared to other brands? I hope it is trouble free, but all of that is unknown just after purchase and setup. The old Artica was built like a tank. The shelving was sturdy. This new one has shelving and door trays that are a bit less robust. I hope they stand up as well as the old Profile Artica? This is a nice refrigerator. I wish it came with a meat drawer and a pull out freezer door. Other than that the sale price was right and I am happy. I like the fact I can hear it running. My LG was too quiet, I kept checking to make sure it was working. I loved it but paid for three repairs. Freezer went out and spoiled all my food so I said enough I will try this GE. So far so good!. I love this frig. Had it for a week now. It is perfect and HUGE. The description says yes for Door in door, but it does not have that. I was not interested in that feature anyways. Nearly 5 year update... I still LOVE LOVE LOVE this range! The wifi feature allows me to start the oven while on my way home from the grocery store, cook baked potatoes left inside it or preheat from the hammock in the backyard. I don't love the air fry feature, I still use a different one. I bought a newer version of this range than a friend had and recommended and am so glad I did. It had a middle drawer that is temperature adjustable and the freezer is spacious also. The ice machine and water dispenser are perfect. The kitchen assistant feature is an added bonus on top of a superb unit. I can see how much life is left in my water filter. You can hook it up to your WiFi and with the app you can scan foods you are out of for simple grocery shopping as well as add to the list.
