After a little shopping around I chose to buy this air conditioner at wayfair because they offered a five year extended warranty. I have had no luck with appliances lately and even though the price was the same for this particular unit everywhere I looked, nobody else offered more than 3 years of warranty. Nearly 5 year update... I still LOVE LOVE LOVE this range! The wifi feature allows me to start the oven while on my way home from the grocery store, cook baked potatoes left inside it or preheat from the hammock in the backyard. I don't love the air fry feature, I still use a different one. I bought a newer version of this range than a friend had and recommended and am so glad I did. What a disappointment this unit was. I had to drain it multiple times in the first 24 hours, one time it leaked out all over my floors when I tried to run it while I was out, hoping to come home to a cool bedroom. Wishful thinking… The unit rumbles loudly, shakes my floors, and the fan was mind-numbingly squeaky right from the moment it turned on. It was many decibels louder than estimated - I clocked the average at around 64 decibels. Did not perform well heating my ~100 square foot room. The app worked but I was not able to get it working with Alexa, which effortlessly controls nearly everything else in my house. Would not recommend at all - will be returning as soon as possible..
