Dryer is large capacity which I love. It does take about 8-10 loads of drying before it heats to capacity when brand new. After this many loads, the dryer does heat properly so don’t be alarmed when you first use your dryer if it doesn’t get hot enough. Cons: it doesn’t have a light in the dryer so difficult to see as you are pulling out clothes. Also, the dryer vent screen is a newer design with two sides. Problem is the plastic square holes at the top hold lint even if it is not full. So as you pull multiple clothes out after a cycle, some may drag across the top plastic piece and now you have lint balls on your clothing. Fix these two problems and it will be a 5/5 dryer.. The washer water valve from the ERP allows hot and cold water to flow into your washing machine. This part can become old or worn out, resulting in problems with water flow. Your water valve might have to be replaced if the washer is not filling properly or it is not filling at all, the 2 inlet parts are clear of obstruction but the water flow is still irregular or nonexistent, or the valve is leaking. Before ordering a replacement valve, check to make sure the inlet is not plugged. Unplug the washer and shut off the water valves. Use a bucket to catch any water in the hose when you disconnect it from the washer. Inspect the screens at the inlets of the valve. This is also a good time to inspect the hose to make sure it is in good condition as a hose burst could result in significant water damage to your home.
