Nice basic handheld shower head with not too many spray functions, just nice and simple. At first I was concerned when this was installed in my shower because it appeared to have no tilt function for angle of the showerhead when mounted on the slide bar. After looking over the product photos vs. the product line art, I realized that if you want the head to tilt on an angle, you first have to rotate the slide to the side of the bar, then twist so it allows the head to angle. If the slide is forward facing, directly in front of the slide bar, it will only allow the head to be positioned upright. Once I understood this initially confusing (but actually quite basic) function, I was quite pleased with the product. After the level of customer service I received from Moen with new bathroom fixtures, I only buy Moen. I needed a new "backwards" sink for a remodeled kitchen and wanted a large deep sink for stock pots and extra large skillets that don't go in a dishwasher. It had to fit in a small area. We had this sink installed with our kitchen remodel in June 2018. It was beautiful. However, after 6 months of use, we're very unhappy with the quality. The sink scratches fairly easily. Yes, the manufacturer instructions say to not to this or not do that, clean only following the grain, etc. We’ve owned two other homes with a stainless steel sink and are not using this Elkay sink any different than the others. We never had the scratches on the other sinks that we do with this one and we do follow manufacturers instructions on cleaning and care. Very disappointing. Sink arrived with a large dent on the side. Looks as if it was dropped!! Was going to return but since an under mount sink, contractor was able to install such that the dent is not apparent. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the configuration of this sink, I installed the garbage disposal on the larger side of the sink to make it easier to drain large pots or clean off the debris from roasting pans and the like. I use the smaller side for hot soapy water. It came with a template and when installing it we could see the beautiful quality of the stainless steel which I believe is 18 gauge, appears to be very durable. Also noticed the pads which do really help with vibration and noise. The finish is just beautiful, I just love the satin finish which looks super smart. Overall very, very pleased.. Jenny52. CA.
